1. Delivery & Payments

• Order Fulfillment: Digital account credentials are typically delivered to the customer within 10 minutes of payment verification. In rare circumstances, delivery may take up to a maximum of 24 hours.

• Payment Gateways: All transactions are processed strictly in BDT. We exclusively accept payments via verified bKash, Nagad, and Rocket accounts.

2. Account Usage & Modifications

• Service Types: Ottbazar provides both fully private accounts and shared screen profiles. Users purchasing shared screens must strictly use only their designated profile.

• Permitted Changes: Customers are allowed to update the account password by utilizing the designated password reset email link.

• Prohibited Changes: Under no circumstances is a customer permitted to change the primary email address associated with the purchased account. Doing so will result in an immediate loss of access.

3. Refunds & Code of Conduct

• All Sales Final: Due to the nature of digital goods, Ottbazar operates under a strict no-refund policy.

• No Warranty or Replacement: We do not provide ongoing warranties, nor do we offer account replacements if an account stops working after successful delivery.

• Anti-Resale Policy: Accounts are for personal use only. Attempting to resell any credentials purchased from Ottbazar is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate, permanent ban without a refund.

• Zero Tolerance for Abuse: We expect respectful communication. Any use of abusive language, threats, or harassment directed at our support team via WhatsApp or email will result in an instant account ban and termination of all active services without refund.
